Exchange & Refunds

Please email contact@sukumai.com.au to request an exchange. A request must be made within 7 days of the item being received. An exchange can take place to accommodate a different size or style.

Care

Every piece has been carefully handcrafted using 925 Sterling Silver, Brass, Gemstones and Crystals.

Naturally over time with wear, these metals can oxidise causing discolouration or tarnishing.

To Care for you jewels, a Silver and Brass polishing cloth can be used. Also a small amount of Brasso can be applied to brass, wiping away with a soft clean cloth. Avoid jewels & gemstones coming into contact with water, oils, perfume & chemicals as this can cause damage and oxidisation.

If you have highly acidic skin, you may also find that pieces tarnish fast. Unfortunately this does come down to the individuals skin type. Please note that tarnishing is not considered a fault of the product, it just means it needs some love & a clean.

Your jewels will be packaged in a calico bag, which will keep your jewels safe and from being scratched.

All items are handmade and slight differences to jewels is not a fault but a quality to be appreciated. No two pieces are the same and should be loved for their uniqueness.

Every effort has been taken when photographing items but sometimes colours can reflect differently on a screen. Please take this into consideration when making your final decision.
